Need help identifying 1629 Franc, very bad condition

    Buddy of mine bought a box of coins at a flea market and found this one coin from 1627 with the word Franc etched on one side and a crest on the other. HELP!!!!1!

    if i'm not mistaken it is not french but a german state, can't think off hand which one but i will check and get back to you.....(where's chrislid when you need him most)

    i think it could be a 2 kreuzer from the state of pfalz..........(come on christian help me out here the krause books are bloody heavy)

    Very neat coin trekkv91 great find! I always liked the small silver coins from the different German States, a fun area of coins to collect, alot of variety and beautiful designs.
