Well based on the guesses this was a real tough one to grade! i think One of the thing,s that really stands out at least to me is the uneven Margin at the top of the note it looks trimmed kind of like the old Fractional,s they cut from the sheets they were never cut uniform This in itself i think disqualifies this note from getting a PPQ designation Also would be very marginal for an apparent grade as well. Yeah, this one stumped me as well Steve. I could have sworn that it was trimmed or had a faulty alignment. Can't wait to try the next one!
