Don't I wish! Actually it's going into my type-set as an example of Y#3. It's the least expensive of the four coins needed for a full set. The others are both deep and shallow dragon scale versions of Meiji 3 - the first year of modern Japanese coinage, 1870 - and a variety of this one in which the character for sen has an incomplete lower stroke. I'm not holding my breath about finding any of them in anywhere near this condition.
Hey Satootoko - nice find ya got there Must say - most of the Asian coinage never held much interest for me. But those dragons - now that's a coin of a different flavor. One I just may have to sample one day
