If it's something that you like, then you did good; it's worth approximately melt value (2.70). It isn't really a key date; mintages are more than 5 million, and many Merc dime mintages reach lower than that, in the 1 million range.
Not really a tough date, but I think you did alright. The tough dates, not including the 1916-D, 1921-P&D, and the over dates, are the 1926-S and the 1931-D. As far as I know of.
I just thought that it was in pretty good condition compared to most of the other dimes that you see on ebay for the similar price.
