My girlfriend's dad just bought some old furniture from salvation army and he found some antique bills that are in almost perfect condition. 2 - $5 bills from 1907, 2 - $10 bills from 1914, and 2 - $2 bills from 1928. I'm trying to find out what they are valued at if they're in mint condition. Thanks! By the way....Salvation Army wanted $120 for the dresser, but they discounted it at $80. Wish I could win the lottery like that! LOL!

So the bills were in the dresser? That's a solid find if you were going to buy the dresser anyway. Probably even if you weren't.

You can! You just have to be looking all the time. I used to look behind the cardboard backing on old dresser mirrors and several times I found old envelopes. Some had a banknote or two others had letters. I always took pictures out of picture frames because I've had good luck finding things hidden there. In old couches, I've found coins, watches, pocket knives, jewelry etc..

People hid things in the all kinds of places. You just have to think of what was a good hiding place but easily accessible.
