The entire 1979 proof set is priced at around $5, so for the same price you can get all the proof '79's instead of just one.
The listing doesn't say if it's a Type I or II and it's hard to tell from the picture. If you're looking for a graded coin, the 1979 Type I can be had for as little as $12.50 shipped certified by PCGS as PR69 DCAM. As tequilaDave noted, if you want an ungraded coin then the proof set is the way to go.
