Got this from an ATM this morning. Series 1996, printed at Ft. Worth during October, 1999 in a run of 640,000. It has a very slight wet ink transfer to the extreme right and the first 3 of right side serial number looks to be over inked. Too bad that someone had to write 93 on it, though. Keeping it, anyway.

I just noticed that it has a small plate # on the front (142) and a large plate # on the back (185). Any meaning?

Nice find in the wild. We need to add a zero to your print run.(640,000)

That's normal for Fort Worth notes: they have the "FW" on the face plate, and the oversized plate number on the back plate.
