Grade this 2 Cent Please

    I picked this up some time ago and thought I would get your opinions. Let me know what you think.

    I'll stick my heck out ..... It’s hard to tell from your photos, but it probably in the EF/AU range, looks like a nice clear WE on the scroll. The rims should fell somewhat sharp at the mid+ AU range. IMHO

    I'd put it about an au53

    I'd call it XF, but you'd have to see it in hand to accurately grade this coin. The obverse seems to have some nice red tones and leads me to believe that this coin could grade better than XF in hand, but it also may show signs of mishandling. I can't say from those pictures.

    That's just my 2¢

    Well, I see an AU, but I ain't figured out if it's a 53 or a 55. It's not a AU-58 and it's not an AU-50 so I'm going to settle on AU-54

    Low end AU, IMO. a bit concerned about reverse color/surfaces.
