From your pics it seems to be an average good condition large motto 1864, $10-$12...

 

1864 is the most common year when it comes to two cent pieces. There is a variety called a "small motto" that can make your coin worth much more however. Can you get close up pictures of the "In God We Trust" on the obverse of the coin on the banner?
