ASE Intercept Shield Holders Out of Stock?

I have been trying to order Intercept Shield 2X2 Holders (in 3-packs) for American Silver Eagles (40mm), but all of the major suppliers have been out of stock for months, including Wizard, JP Corner, Brooklyn, etc. I have never had any trouble ordering in the past. Does anyone know why these have disappeared off the shelf? Has the recent surge in ASE sales impacted the supply of these holders? If you know where I can get some, please let me know. Thanks, TC
