What is a "Coinnut" well I was flipping through some old packages in one of my odds and ends boxes.. I came across a surprise I don't even remember buying... what on the label yes.. the extras not so much lol the "label was for an old lot of 1944 US occupation Phillipines coins... cept they were NOT quite as labeled...
    2 of the peso's are NOT 44s...
but an 07s and and 09s...
after checking prices I don't think they belong in an odds and ends box lol

I would say not. I think they are keepers! They don't belong in the odd's and ends box. :)

I always enjoy seeing that design, and for their age, they held up quite well.

Many of the old Pesos like this were recovered after being dumped in the Ocean to keep them from the incoming Japanese.

Hahaha, pulled a "Coinnut." I love it. He does have a knack for forgetting large purchases, doesn't he.
