1999 Georgia Quarter question

I didn't know what forum to put this in, error coins or US coins. I got this quarter from change the other day. I was looking at the back and it looks like a line going through the last part of the letter N in the word MODERATION. I took the best pictures I could. It doesn't look like a scratch from other coins. The last picture is a side by side with another Georgia Quarter. Is this just a die break?

If so, that's part of the design I believe.

 

Yes that's it. But the other Georgia Quarters I have don't have it like this one like in the last picture where they are side by side.
