2021 P Quarter Possible Struck Through

I guess it could be a clean hit from something. Although it looks like a Struck Through. What do you all think? There is displacement.

These were my 1st pictures and then I figured I would get closer.

 

Well you know I’m no pro! But looks pretty good to me.

 

It is certainly "clean" but my gut reaction is that it is a hit, not a struck through. Others will chime in, I'm sure.
