1878-s Morgan NTC graded and slabbed MS-67 fair price?

    I just acquired one of these and was wondering what would be a fair price for this?

    Well, NTC is not really considered a top grader. I'd consider having it reslabbed by PCGS or NGC. Please post pics so we can determine value and the true grade.

    Dropping the NTC, as they are garbage grading at it's best, an MS67 78s Morgan is listed on numismedia.com for $6720, I don't see any certified by either PCGS or NGC that have sold on eBay in that grade.
