New method for basement graders to circumvent eBay's policy

I noticed this auction placing the wording about the coins being graded MS70 in the auction photo, thus keeping the grade out of the auction title. Tricky...

The wording in the picture stands out more than the auction title!
I don't suppose this breaks the ban on basement grades in the title?

Still a violation, report them just to throw a wrench in the sellers gears.

 

I reported.
Sometimes I wonder if it does any good, but I am rabid about reporting coin auction violations.
I hope others are too.
