Paper Money Graders #5 / Guess the Grade Correctly Win a Prize!

Rusty, wasn't worried about getting extra credit! I missed the redraw as did everyone else. It is probably one of those things that you have to see in hand to identify. I was just wondering how the note would have graded if not for the issue that caused the apparent grade.

The note to me has another problem, Chris touched on it, it appears to have been trimmed not
Sure if this was taking in to consideration for the grade but would have thought it would
Of showed up on the details!

 

I gotta look closer at these notes.

 

Now that you say that I would have wanted to compare the note to some other examples. It is something that the tpg should have noted if it is trimmed. Interesting note Rusty!
