Hey everybody... This is my first post here, and I don't consider myself an expert on coins at all. I have a full 50 set of the State quarters in these booklets (Pictures below) The booklets have an uncirculated P&D of the state represented and fold out to show info on the state. What are these worth on ebay if I were to sell? Thanks so much!
Congrads, on completing the set. Welcome to CT, I am sure some of the more expieranced numismatics can give you a price. Why would you want to sell it ??
$25? Dang...I think the original cost was $7.00 per booklet. I just don't have any interest in coins anymore, and they were bought as a gift anyway.
That's crazy.....I've seen complete P&D sets in uncirculated condition with asking prices of $100. But that was with an album. I think it would sell for more than $25 for all.
I don't see the State quarters carrying any premium right now, thus why I stated $25 (which is the face value of all the quarters).
do you have a set of 50 P&D mixed? or a 100 coin set? For an uncirulated set I'd say it would go for around $30 give or take. Not very old and they are pretty easy to get so I don't think there is much of a demand for them. Hang onto them for a bit when they get harder to get the price should go up. Uncirculated ones should get harder to find also. I have 2 complete sets (circulated P only) and i'm working on a P&D set. I'm don't see many Ds in circulation so for the trouble i'm having i expect the price to rise a bit.
If these are true uncirculated quarters plucked from uncirculated mint sets, you could ask between $85 - $130. If these are business strikes plucked from bank wraps, around $70. You might consider placing them in an album Dansco, Whitman, or Littleton, to sell them, as those I've seen on eBay are in albums.
