1913 S $10 Indian

    Anyone know where to find a 1913 S $10 Indian gold coin in the mid grades that might be almost affordable??????I've been wanting one. Get back at me!

    The challenge is, of course, finding a "mid grade" example. These coins really didn't circulate much, so finding an example in below AU is much much harder than finding one in low to mid mint-state.

    It's a half ounce.

    For future reference (roughly)

    $20 = 1 oz
    $10 = 0.5 oz
    $5 = 0.25 oz

    $10 Indian Gold content is .48375 oz.(90% gold, and 10% copper)

    According to PCGS coin facts the $1913 S $10 Indian is the PREMIERE RARITY of the series, looks like the value is rising fast.I'm afraid I will have to go with a layaway plan for this coin when I find one,it will be worth it though!
