Unfortunately your note is healvily circulated and unless it is a scarce signature combination (I know there is one but I don't know what it is.), or the variety that says Trasurer of the United State (final s missing), it is a common note and in that condition probably not worth much more than $10 or so. (Note, I am NOT an "expert" on paper money and am only basing this value on items I have seen in passing.)

Conder101 Thank You for your information.. I need lots of information about these..a friend of mine has a lot of it, most are 57's and 53's she also has a lot of barr dollars... and is thinking about selling.. Do you know where I can go to learn about it, Things like what makes some worth something, and some not..I know low serial numbers is one, signature's another, but have no ideal what to look for .. and thats about all I've found so far.. I need lots of help

My first suggestion is that if it is possible try your local library and see if they have a copy of United States Currency by Frieberg or The official Black Book of U S Paper Money. Another possibility would b to buy an issue of the Currency Dealers Newsletter fom this site http://www.greysheet.com/cdn/green.asp.

If neither of these is helpful drop me an e-mail and I will try and help you identify pieces that might be worth a premium. (Please remember what I said earlier though, I and NOT an expert on paper.)

I can tell you that unless the Barr notes are Crisp Uncs they are not going to be worth much. Maybe $1.50 each, maybe $2 if they are star notes (Star at the end of the serial number instead of a letter.)

I haven't found any of the coins worth much yet.. but maybe.. Thanks Conder for Your help.. I'll write you if needed..
