Although I cannot be certain, to me, it looks more like a coin that had its rims file off as I would expect a broadstike to have a little bit better clarity on the reverse.

would it be possible to file off the rims and reeding whithout leaving a mark? There are no marks where the rim should be if its not legit could it have been put through a roller?

There could very well have been marks at one time if it was filed down. Just like on normal coins the wear would have smoothed out the filed areas. Tough to tell for sure. Is it bigger in diameter than a normal quarter?
