Check out this 1935 Connecticut from ebay. What do you guys think of the $500 price tag? I think its about $100 to $150 to high.

I offered $350. They countered with $500. I countered their counter with $400. We'll see. I'd like to have that big 'ol oak tree. I'll need a shady place to relax this summer.
