While perusing web I spotted this NDN Pcgs 63. I looked on Rick Snow's site but nothing was listed for an 1901 with a clash. I don't have his book to check if there is a variety for this or is it a struck through error on the Obv. Thanks Doug
You talking about the chin area ? Looks like a hair on the holder casting a shadow maybe ? Maybe even a scratch on the holder.
Def not struck through... Strike thoughs are incuse, the area you're referring to is raised. Potentially a clash. I can't find anything on a variety like that though. Cool coin either way!
