1898 Indian Head Cent - questionable reverse

    I bought a really nice 1898 IHP but I'm concerned about something I'm seeing on the reverse. I've attached a picture with the questionable areas circled. Could this be a flaw in the coin's blank? Or could there be another explanation for what appears to be a defect?

    they could possibly just be die cracks, i wouldnt worry too much about it if its a nice coin
