OK, these two coins are in mint issue cellophane. The one on the left is a 1960-P (no mint mark) and the one on right is a 1960-D.

My question is this. On the details on either side of the dome at the top of the building in both pics are small rectangular objects. But on the less detailed P "model", the ones in the back seem much clearer than the ones on the much clearer and dang near "perfect" D "model". Could this have been caused by a part of the die wearing out or what could cause something like this to occur, and how would that affect the coin grade if I were to get it graded?

Thanks for any comments and insights, they are always appreciated. :)

One just has a better strike off of newer die.
