Tried that,our library's not that big, they only have a few comics and National Geographics, and the Geo's are always checked out, the local kids like the native pictures.
Only kidding, the library covers 1 sq. block and has 3 floors they just dont have much in coin books.
Definately not Russian. If it's Imperial Russian coins that were minted before 1917, most of them would have the double-head eagle. Try to check on omnicoin.com for more examples. I have a fair bit of Russian coins, and that should give you an excellent example.
