1854 Quarter - damage or wear?

    What do you think. Is this damage or wear? I am not familiar with this coin in any conidtion. This is the only one I have.

    Thanks guys. It's not a big deal either way. I only asked because it was purchased through ebay, and of course I couldn't see that mark in the sellers photos. I really bought it for the color and didn't pay too much, so I think I will keep it anyway.
