1969 Kennedy struck through grease?

found this in one of my first coin memoribilia purchaces, and just now noticed that it may be an error and took it out of the display, looks to me to be struck through grease but im not sure

so do yall think this is an error? or somthing else that may have happened to the coin?

 

It's probably grease like you said. But it's minor and doesn't add any value.
