1995 D Lincoln Cent "L" in Liberty

    Here's a pic of a coin I found today. Any comments on this would be welcome as I am still trying to learn, thanks. :)

    Yes, there is an "L" in Liberty.

    The L is pointed at the top over what looks like a faded L ? I think if you either click the pic or hover your mouse over it you might get a better view, thanks :)

    Okay.... It may be the result of a grease filled die.

    Ok, thanks, that's all I wanted to know, just whatever you think it might be. Just throwing some examples out there of which I have no clue about, and I appreciate your constructive comments very, very much, thanks.

    Looks like a long pointed end spike over the long part of the L in Liberty. ikandiggit said he believes it to be the result of a grease filled die, which is ok, if that's what it is, but I don't know, so I posted the pic.
