Coins Stuck in Tube

    I have two rolls of Washington Quarters that are stuck in the coin tubes. They simply will not come out, and I would like to find a way to remove them from the tubes without damaging the coins.

    Does anyone have experience with this? I've never before run into this problem.

    At the sink, run hot water over the tubes for a minute or so - NOT into the tubes ! Leave the lid on in other words. The coins should come out then.

    Put into freezer for an hour. Then pour boiling water over it for around 10 seconds. Open top, hard tap on object. Turn over, they all should come out.
