I was inclined to agree with Doug that these are two different coins because NONE of the bagmarks from one can positively be identified on the other,BUT then I took a look at what can be seen of the toning.Look at the obverse first, above and left of liberty's face. The toning starts just before the E in E pluribus Unum and ends just before the U.On the reverse,it's harder to see but you can tell that the RICA in America is ringed with toning. On the left side,it starts just above the O in One and extends to between the T and just touching the E in United.Deceptive lighting aside, these are the same on both sets of photos, almost like fingerprints. No two alike.

I noticed the toning in the same place - how can it be a different coin if the toning matches up?

I think it is the same coin. The lighting is different in the two pictures causing shadows. I like it when they at least warn you that they used different lighting to better show the details of the coin. I skip alot of auctions because of the scans - probably miss some good auctions. Oh well!!!
