Uhh....... its 15-20 bux each just to get TPG slabbed. There 20 Lincoln varieties for 2009 - what specifically are you looking for.

I think I have seen some pretty good complete sets for $50 or so - why not do one of them? http://cgi.ebay.com/FULL-20-COIN-SET-2009-LINCOLN-CENTS-PROOF-UNC-SATIN-/380321629435?pt=Coins_US_Individual&hash=item588cef84fb

here is a BIN from the same seller. I think it is a fair price for how much work there is slabbing all these - they aren't perfect quality by any means but they seem to have been handled with reasonable care - no fingerprints that I can detect.. I have several of them.

Sorry man but I stay FARRRRRRRRRRR Away from SGS. Also I am looking for the copper ones, and not requesting a sale, I am requesting assistance in finding the COPPER ones online.

The 97% zinc ones are worthless to me. I am talking about the set that the US mint made to exact specifications of original Wheat pennies

And I am sorry every coin that comes back from SGS is PR70 or MS70

well I would pick out 1 year pre 1982 and buy the cheap proof sets in D/P/S. Take out the cents and slab. Easy and you have the other coins as a bonus. I see these sets going for around $5 a lot on feebay. Good luck.

Oh sorry! You want the 4 coin proof set released from the mint.

as I was saying to want a 4 coin proof set in TPG slabs for $20 is a little un reasonable. Maybe not. I haven't seen nor looked for them.

I do have a complete PCGS set but I wouldn't let it go for less than $400 not interested in breaking it up.

best price I could find $15 delivered. http://cgi.ebay.com/2009-S-US-MINT-LINCOLN-PROOF-SET-BOX-/400199886020?pt=Coins_US_Individual&hash=item5d2dc5a4c4#ht_500wt_950

Whole 36 coin mint sets are still around 35-40
