Here's a couple toners for you Rosie fans: This one in NGC slab (UNC details, obverse scratched). See if you can find the scratch! This one I pulled out of a wood framed type set dealio. had tape on it, reverse looks terminal That is all. -greg
It looks to be right under the B and extends horizontally across his face. Or is that a photo imperfection? Mark
Its in his hair, cant put an arrow on it from here but I will when I get home. Looks like a regular hit to me. PS........I picked that out on my phone
Gbroke..If you download Photoscape, you will be able to correct the angle of the picture. If it wasnt for that, they would be great pictures!!!
The NGC rosie are the sellers pictures. I just bought it a couple of days ago. The other photo is mine.
We are at a disadvantage here because we cannot rotate the coin under a suitable light source...there is something there, but at a screen magnification, everything is getting pixelated. At the time of grading, it quite possibly could have been an unknown, scratch vs hit, so the graders did not take a chance on a numerical grade, so they gave it a details grade which covers just about all anomalies.
1946-1964 Roosevelt Silver Dime one of the most overlooked Silver Coin G only mark I see is 3oclock on the rim of the 1963-D graders at Ngc must have been in a bad mood.
I agree the rosie silver is overlooked. But for me, all Roosevelt dimes are very hard to grade. Every dime I see in my pocket looks unc lol.
