    Well, if it's a scam, it's not much of one. If genuine, it's only $9 over melt.

    Nothing in the ad makes me suspect this is a scam. It looks like someone who does not know coins trying to sell his coin.

    I see nothing to indicate it is either slabbed or cleaned. It appears to be an ordinary Morgan being sold by someone who doesn't know about coins ("heads and tails"). It is neither a bargain nor a rip-off. You can buy this coin anywhere for the price.

    Again, tlasch, picture would be nice, or in this case a Mint Mark would be nice! Numismatic News January Prices for a 1927 MS-64:
    1927 $535
    1927 D $865
    1927 S $1,225
    I picked MS-64 because that is the FIRST grade to hit four figures! :)
