1960 D Cent Penny Gold Toned?

Here's another Gold Toned Penny, this one has some kind of ring around it as well. The last pic shows difference in color (I think)

Looks to me like it was dipped in something. No value but cool looking

 

Appears to be plated or painted, and used as a pendant thus the ring around the cent. Look carefully at the ring, it might be worth more than the cent.
