Hello Folks, I stayed up until 4am UK time for this nice piece. 50 years ago, out of circulation in New Brunswick and Maine, I picked approximately 80 Newfoundland halves out of circulation. Naturally 1919 George V were the newest ones. Yet I never saw a Canadian half before George VI.
Not sure if supposed to name drop but George Manz gave a retail valuation of $900 Canadian..........so very pleased i made the effort to stay up until 4am to get it. Please see my Chinese auction buys from Germany (Sixbid) if any members are in the know re Chinese numismatics......thanks.........J
