#1 - 1956 D is this mintmark in the accepted "area"? #2 - 1960 D - doubled die? #3 - 1993 - what can I say? He's got a square chin. #4 - 1969 S - die fill or S over S? #5 - is this a D over D or damage?
The mint mark on the 56 is a little high and tight to the date, this is not an uncommon occurance and IMO adds no value to the cent other than just interesting. I see no doubling on the large date 60-D Nice die chip on the chin,, also not a rare thing on cents, and adds no value but make the cent interesting. The S is filled on the top, from the pic I do not see an RPM. The 69-D post mint damage. Rick
On the 56 D, nothing exceptional . Mintmarks were punched in by hand then and can be in a number of locations. on the 1960 D, it is possible that it is a worn example ofan RPM. there seems to be a D above the D that is there, if you look closely at the pic. The D is not in the correct position for it to be one of the 1960 D small over large date cents The 1993 is a die chip the 1969 S is mechanical doubling (very slight) also visible on the date I can only hazard a guess on the 1969 D because of all the damage, but it looks like the D was damaged and the metal retained.
Would have been smart to say that these are Lincoln Cents. Could be just about anything. If you want to find out all about those coins contact coopercoins.com
