Hi all, I picked up a few coins yesterday. As always any and all comments are welcome. I'm still working on lighting for copper so any advice would be great:
I think the pics are good Mark. I like the three cent silver, you don't see many of them around. I had a PF-55 several years ago, but sold it. It had a beautiful gunmetal blue toning on it, but at some point had circulated briefly. I like your three "newbies". Bruce
I'm quickly finding out that lighting may be the hardest part of coin photos. I used 2 reveal 40 watt bulbs. What do you use Thad? I took photos of this 5 ORE today while the sun was out and I think it looks much better. (we had strong storms rolling through all day, The sun was out for about 3 minutes when I took it) Thanks for the input!
Thanks Kyle!, it really wasn't all that expensive either, I only paid $30 for it. I think it was a really good price.
Awesome 31 S. I just got one a few months ago, but a few levels below that one. Eventually I want a RD one like that.
