I like the low serial 1995 note....very cool. Any pics? One place you can check is the completed listings on ebay to get an idea of what they could be worth. You'll find that you'll prob get more for them if they are graded by a TPG such as PMG or PCGS. What did the coin shop tell you they were worth?
I got this $1.00 bill in change today. It had several folds, but the paper was still very crispy. No rips or tears, or holes. I immediately put in a protective sleeve when I got home. I've seen notes with solid 5's before, however this falls one number short of being that. I just thought to get it in change was kind of neat. The bill seems to be in decent shape for being in circulation since 2006. Pic is a bit blurry. Sorry.
Today you found such a bill and you just joined with many "super low" serial number notes? Welcome to CT
Any single digit note is super low and will bring a nice premium even circulated! Nice find. As far as the OP - Those circulated notes in fine condition will not bring much of a premium. Sorry
For finding an almost all 5 serial # in change i thought to be kind of rare, I don't ever recall ever getting one like it. I just thought to some collectors, because of the serial # that may make it desireable. Most everyone wants a low serial # but that isn't the reality. I do however have a 1929 National with the Serial #s 113388.. would that be a double digit repeater? I can post pics if people want to see.
