    Sorry

No clue, I'm new to coins - and this site. Never seen it in the huge lot of foreign coins my uncle gave me though.

Perhaps it is an advertising token for bottled water that has won a gold medal for its quality? The figure on the other side is much more similar to the portrayal of Liberty on Argentine coins than it is the French version.

It is a French advertising token for an aperitif (vermouth-like drink containing quinine(Kina) and is actually called a jeton in France.Seems like they won 15 gold medals for their product and wanted to show off.
Here is a link to a site that shows literally hundreds of them. The first is a link to your exact jeton and the other is the whole site. The bottom 1/3 of the page are the advertising ones.As far as value,it's difficult to say but my guess is just a few dollars.

True enough. As a generality though, the more valuable ones are 17-18th century commemorative jetons. These turn of the century commercial ones seem to command $2-15 prices, unless they're companies that still exist,in which case, they go considerably higher.I don't know if Kina Perrier is related to the present day Perrier but if so,it could fetch more $.:eek:hya:
EDIT: Apparently there is no relationship between the two companies other than the name.
