There is letter doubling all over this coin, Does Die Chatter create Doubling that far apart.

It looks like plate-split or die-deterioration doubling.

If that is a 1964 LMC there is a new die listing.it in 2/21 Coin World.

 

This is is 1993 with doubling of every thing on both sides of the coin.There is also a shadow of lincolns face that extends to the third 9 on the 1993. sorry I cannot send a better photo, any suggestions on the causes of all the doubling and shadow would be greatly appreciated.
