PMD, or Error?

    Hi guys, I found this little fellow while roll searching today. my experience with errors is minimal, and I haven't really seen anything quite like this before. Any help is greatly appreciated!

    the shoulder seems to be a lamination, not sure about the glob on LIBERTY, need closer photo of it.

    I got a zoom of the "LIBERTY". Idk, the "Y" seems kinda funky to me

    There is a faint line towards the de-lamination, so the blob is a folded part of a de-lamination.
