I'd like to post scans of some of the bills I've found, but my scanner (Canon LiDE 210) won't scan them. I am not intending to counterfeit the bills, as I know that is illegal. There are people that believe that scanning them is illegal, but it's not. I want to keep digital copies for inventory and insurance purposes. Does anyone know of a possible mod for this? Thanks.

I've just found out that is not the scanner, but my photo processing program. I don't use PhotoShop, but something that came with Windows Vista. Does anyone know of a work around? Thanks.

I jsut scanned my first bill. I use an HP all-in-one, I had no problems. I didn't know that there were programs required to store a JPEG onto your computer?

Thanks Lara. I have one of those buried in the garage from a very old computer. I'll try it on this computer.

Got it! This is a Twenty that I got from an ATM recently. Too bad about the rubber stamp to the right side, though.
