Bought a few rolls of 1983 cents. To my surprise this was in one of them. I also found out how terrible I am at identifying varieties of possible ddo's and ddr's if there are any. I'm fairly confident that I didn't miss any ddr-1's. But some just look strange, like this one and I can't really identify it. I will post the obverse later. I have to leave soon.
