As for me, I'm the great admirer of Germany. And I have chosen for my son a German name Herman. I have a very big collection of a German coins.
Chrisild is right with his comments (he always is ). You can only redeem the last peseta coins into euros : http://www.bde.es/webbde/en/secciones/servicio/billemone/canje.html Regarding banknotes, the ones issued after Civil War (1939) can be exchanged still. Most of the coins you post are quite common in average grade, for most years / stars. But they are a bit difficult to get in that grade, with their original shine, not been cleaned or treated. By the way, I can't recognize gbroke's set. As the comments are in English, I suppose it was a private issue. I feel some curiosity about it. As I am Spanish, I should have a wide collection of Spanish coins (not as good quality as I would like to, but I suppose everybody often feels the same ). But for example, I recently acquired the E-87 set (which is not very common). As you can see the coins didn't show that kind of shine : Enjoy them!
Hello Moneyer, I would like to see a better photo of your 4 maravedis. I'd really like to be able to compare details on the coin. Here is a photo of one I purchased at the FUN show last month.
