I live in central oklahoma and am having trouble finding any half dollar rolls i have checked all the banks around and none of them have any anyone have any tips???
Ask your bank to order some for you. You could always move to a city with a Federal Reserve Bank. I have no trouble getting them.

I live in Richmond,VA with a Federal Reserve Bank and tellers still think I'm nuts to ask for half dollars.Finally found a bank with some - $140 - and they were unopened rolls from 1995 - every single one of them 1995-P and no errors.
I just have banks order for me, and hit up a few other banks for tray finds on a route I take while dumping my leftovers. It's pretty much impossible to find any quantity of rolls in a densely populated area such as where I live.
i have my bank order them for me in a $500 box. i have no problem getting them and i spend the ones i dont want. I might get 2 boxes a year. I've heard of people that get greedy and order multiple boxes every week. And then dumps them off at another bank which upnerves that bank also. Then those banks just say enough is enough. If you still have trouble ordering them. Have a friend or a relative order them for you. I live in Syracuse and my brother lives in Nashville. He ordered a box for me last year and it was no problem. i got them picked up when i was down at his place plus i got tired of all the halves being marked in my own town... annoying !!!!! UGH !!!!!!
I usually have 3-4 boxes every week... Nothing wrong with doing it as long as you know what you're doing and you spread your dumps around between several banks. It's not greed, it's a hobby I enjoy and dedicate plenty of my spare time to.
