Actually older Canadian Nickels are 99.9% pure Nickel, anything prior to 1981 I believe. Not much of a premium but according to Coinflation.com worth about $.13 each or about $5 per roll if they are all pre 81.
Even in low to mid Mint State the dates listed aren't worth much. Yours look pretty well circulated, so $2 Canadian.
