I would have to see it in hand to know if it had enough luster, but from what I can make out, 66 BN.

Looks like it has been treated with Blue Ribbon or some other coin conditioner maybe?? usually that still leaves the coin market acceptable and gradeable though... looks like a cool VDB though, maybe MS65BN.

I was thinking that too, but maybe it's just the pics.

Possibly oiled, but still a nice coin. Few hits in the left obv field, MS65BN

Other than the question of it being oiled, or Blue Ribboned, or MS70ed or something, I don't see any reason it couldn't hit the 66 number.

On second look, I see what someone did. They conserved the black residue that was on the reverse. There's traces in BUS UNUM and in the wheat lines. The bottom loop of the B is still filled with it. They did a pretty good job conserving it though.

Good eye! I think there is a little in the "G" in God and "S" in trust

Now theres a brownie I'd eat!

The 66BN grades for Lincolns are few and for between so 65+ all day long...

Personally I would go with 66BN and pay 66 money for it... very nice coin.. and if it has been conserved, who cares excellent job. I like!

I could find very little wrong with this cent. It looks marvelous. It does looked oiled but a beauty. I would go MS67.

I too thought it had been cleaned. Just looked strange to me especially the coloring. But it was a good deal and I needed a vdb for my dansco

It used to, but I don't expect it will any longer.

I would give your cent a MS65 or MS66. The color is awesome and it is in a great sate of preservation!

PCGS I would venture strong possibilty - NGC maybe not.

Pretty sure this one had some type of conditioner wiped onto it.
