Just heard back from NGC, the 1913 MPL was saved from the PVC but NCS probably dipped it. Because it says Altered color. Heritage won't ever hear from me again, not after that purchase, they truly do suck. But its still a very scarce MPL with the low mintage so its still has value. I'll just have to hold onto it longer than I thought if I ever want to make a profit on it.

Congrats on the MPL! I wish I owned even one of them.

Congratulations on the new pick-ups. Keep those nice (highly reactive) copper cents in a cool dry place.

I keep them in a fire safe, which is very thick steel or something. I hope they'll be alright, considering the humidity is pretty high all the time and the sea spray. I'm only 4 miles from the ocean.

Oh, to have that problem and live in Hawaii... haha. Instead I've got about a foot of snow outside, ugh.

You keep a desiccant in the safe, right?

May I make a suggestion? Rather buying your next MPL, that you buy some camera equipment?

No hate... just saying I would like to share in your excitement, but I can't with the terrible photos of such a cool coin.

Or do what I did. Find a girl with an awesome camera and start dating her.

Haha, I may do that. I considered a de-humidifier to keep near the safe itself or get a small one to put in the safe. Even being like 4 miles from the ocean, its still pretty humid and its pretty hot out. Average temp is about 78 F year round with about 85% humidity. So its a big problem here. And sorry, my camera isn't the greatest, but atleast I have one.
