    I not sure if this is an error or was made after coin was in circulation, I note in the letter "b" and number "4" has someting but what it's; take a look in the top of hair and in the arm, what it is? Why have this color the coin and how can call to this? Hope you can help to know more about errors on pennys, for your help, Thanks!!!

    Poor copper mixture in the planchet results in the color... they're referred to as woodies.

    As for the other stuff, I think that might just be grease in the die, or post-mint damage. I can't really see it well enough to tell you.
