I have a 1988 silver st vincents and the grenadines 100 dollar coin and i really dont know what to do with it. Can anyone tell me how to go about selling it. it weighs 128g and is still in its case. jane
Hi, that's a BIG coin, nearly 2 1/2 inches across in .925 silver. Silver is around $27.93 an ounce and your coin contains 3.8543 oz of it. I don't know what this originally retailed for and don't sell on e-bay, but maybe someone can give you some advice.
Thank you. I was given it as a gift years ago so have no idea of the retail value. I am keen to sell it but i have no idea as to where or how.
You are welcome. There is a similar coin, 1988 Saint Lucia $100, on e-bay listed at $250. Same size and silver weight. I know that doesn't help with the 'how' but gives you an idea of the 'how much'.
